Sean Taylor talks to the fans

It's just a little video where S.T. spoke to Larry Michaels for a couple minutes. they discussed a bit about his legal troubles, nothing much, and s.t. said he was glad to be back with the organization, and he's itching to get back to football.

I LOVE hearing that. Hopefully he'll learn that if he wants his payday he'll have to put this behind him.

Re: Sean Taylor talks to the fans

I saw the video fine, my problem with it was the lack of questions that Larry Michael asked.. I know he's not going to grill him since it's a Redskins TV interview, but at least address the fact that fans were unhappy with him not being around and concerned about the off the field stuff.. Michael can't classify himself as a journalist anymore, he's just a reporter.

Re: Sean Taylor talks to the fans

I wouldn't expect Michael to rake him over the coals, that was just a fluff "interview" to show the fans hey, Taylor is in camp and he's ready to work.

If ST talks to the media today like he said he is going to, I expect he'll then face some more difficult questions, but don't expect anything hard hitting from Redskins.com.

Me too. I also forgot what he looked like without a football uniform on. I only remember the pic of him looking silly.

He is still a thug. Disrespecting the Coach, being in the wrong place being his own policeman. He states he justs wants to win an be a good teammate. THEN SHOW UP TO OTA's and Volunterary workouts. Need to see some great play to make up for his disruption to the TEAM.

I agree CRT3, yes, he could have shown respect by at least returning Gibb's phone calls.............

Wow... those are pretty bold words. I mean its not like the guy's interviewing to be your nanny or anything... he's just a football player.

He's got a long way to go to win back some fans, including this one, but I hope he does.

That's what I'm saying....he should feel fortunate/grateful to wear the jersey...not basically say, "I'll do what I want in the offseason."

He's got a long way to go to make up with this fan...

Re: Sean Taylor talks to the fans

s.t. may have done some pretty idiotic things in the past, but it's the past. forgive and forget, at least when the legal troubles are gone. he's trying to make up for it. i mean, just imagine if he was still holding out because he wanted a new contract. besides, you guys are practically saying what he does on the field is worthless, and that we don't need him.
