Sean Taylor

If we draft Sean Taylor, what will we do with about his No 26? Iffy, Portis &
Taylor will somehow have to compromise. What you think?

Hail Skins!!

Clinton gets 26, Iffy might be leaving, and the rookie gets whatever is left.

The newcomers pick new jerseys. Iffy retains HIS number.

If Taylor is drafted, Ohalete will likely be traded. The team has a financial investment in Bowen, and we don't need three starting safeties.

I don't even think the skins are going to draft Taylor. It looks like they are looking for either a pass rushing end or a big d-tackle. I think they might trade down to get more draft picks.

But if we do draft Taylor.........Portis gets 26 and Ohalete would either get traded or released.

We brought taylor and winslow in, its obvious, as we've all known the last 2 months, its between taylor and winslow. I think its going to be taylor because greg williams deserves a star toy since he got nothing big in the offseason and we took one of his toys away to get portis

If we had all three on the roster, Taylor would defintley be #3 in the pecking order for the number, hes a rookie.

Well if Taylor get picked cant have a boxing match with 3, but you can have a fatal 3 way wresling match. # 26 is hanging top of the ring and who get it first gets the number. lol

Sounds good. What do you think the pay per view would cost for that?

I think it's pretty safe to say we are getting Taylor...Winslow would be nice but there are several factors regarding my reasoning:

1. Winsolw did hire agent Carl Poston enough said there...(i.e. see LaVar Arrington)

2. Tight End is a lunch pail working man's job in a Joe Gibbs offense. I think based on his attitude "the soldier" does not fit this mold. He strikes me as someone that wants to be in the spotlight a little too much.

3. Winslow is not quite as good a blocker as he might need to be.

4. The Gregg Williams defense relies heavily on top quality DB's Sean Taylor may be one of the best since Ronnie Lott.

Just a few comments from the Peanut Gallery :-)

I hope the Redskins keep Ohalate, trade down for D-line and get a H-back there.

Isn't 26 a safety's number anyway? I don't recall other rbs with that number

Don't forget, Sean Taylor also listed us as one of the top teams he wants to play for, that alone should really give him some extra stock!

You think we could get a high first round pick for Trotter, Gardner, Iffy and Betts?
