Thumbs down Inside the NFL

Well I hate to bear bad news but according to the Geniuss Dan Marino and Chris Carter we are worst team in our division and will not make playoffs. I guess no point in watching rest of season I am gonna throw in towel now cause they are always right.

Inside the NFL is an absolute joke. Maybe 25 years ago when they first came out they were something, but there are twenty pregame shows and an entire network competing with them.

Re: Inside the NFL

Yea I watched the show the other night for the first time this season. I noticed that all 4 of them picked Denver, then I turned it off. I love HBO but will not be watching this show again. Like mentioned in a previous post, there are many other football shows that are better. Go Skins.

Turnabout is fair play, we Redskin fans should write the CEO of CBS and tell him the CBS NFL pre-game show is the worst ever......and will never be a ratings winner

Better start wearing those army boots guys, cause it's getting deep out there.the prognosticaters are getting in line to take a fall.let them talk, talks cheap. there is soo many variables to football, i.e.. heart, spirit, team unituy. stuff that doesn't show up on graph and such. and even if by some chance denver wins, the redskins are not done. but, we still have to play the game. and denvers player's get dressed the same way we do. but will they match our heart and fight ? i think not.

Dan Marino said we weren't going to the playoffs? Good God No, whatever will we do? I mean, Dan F-ing Marino said we weren't going to the playoffs! Our season must be lost then. No point in watching the games now.

Re: Inside the NFL

Well hey, Dan ought to know. Wasn't he the "best quarterback NEVER to win a Super Bowl?" I guess the Skins are doomed by him to be the "worst team in the league with an undefeated record."

One more win. They'll all shut up.

Re: Inside the NFL

Terrell Davis took the low route too on NFL Network. While Rod Woodson said the liked the Washington Redskins and that we would make the playoffs. So you see, we are becoming the talk of the football town. It's a matter of reasoning with the reality that we have witnessed a disciplined team play 60 minutes with just 2 penalties for 10 yds against the Seahawks. So keep watching and week after week you will see a concerted effort by many who will say I told you this team is for real. Hail to the Redskins and God Bless Joe Gibbs!

Well, there are a couple of bandwagon analyst out there. Bradshaw admitted he was wrong and praised Gibbs. Rod Woodson too. But the majority are not going to respect this team until we win a fourth Superbowl. It's sad but it's the truth.

Re: Inside the NFL

Laces out Dan. He can't even hold a field goal kick and he is saying that we are the worst team in the division. Well we could be 0 and 3 just as easy as being 3 and 0. Until we really beat team by more than a touchdown we will not be taken seriously.

I personally don't think it will take a Fourth bowl win for the respect. But I do think it will take a 5-0 or 5-1 record first. If we split the next to games, win one and lose one, that makes us 4-1 then the 49ers we'll hopefully win, making us 5-1. Then we ride into New York in first place in the division and that game means alot. I know I am way out in front of many things, but its the NFL and thats why they play on Sunday.
We get respect when we win at least 1 of the next 2 and our Offense scores some points. Go Skins.

Re: Inside the NFL

hey hey hey now, let's not get over our heads here. I mean, you guys don't realize how great Dan Marino is. We're not talking about some stupid running back named Sweetness, or perhaps a guy like Ronnie Lott, this is Dan Fucking Marino here. When has Dan the Man ever been wrong?
