redskins paid tribute to Mara

well, yesterday is only a bad dream, we just paid tribute to mara by giving away a game to his team.

We hope that next week, there will be no more giving, and hope that we learned a lot from this game

I think what they did before the game made it even harder for the skins. Think your a football player and are about to play a game and right before it starts they trot out over 50 of the grandchildren of the deceased owners. Then they have one very cute and talented granddaughter sing the National Anthem as they all cry. How as a person to be watching this and thinking how you want to go out and cream their grand dads team. It had to be tough as a Skins football player to stand and watch this all unfold and stay pumped up. Now if your a Giant player they just gave you over fifty more reasons to go out and win one for the family and the fans. I'm not making an excuse for the team but the way that the entire team played so bad that was the only common factor that all of the skins faced. I think they should have had a moment of silence and then had the family and team do what they wanted at half time.

We lost but the more i read about this Mara he was a special man to alot of players a father figure.... no one could have beaten the Giants sunday..i firmly believe that and you all know i have been a critic... the skins will be just fine and we will kick the giants asses worse next time....while it hurts we have hope and this is alot more fun than we have had in the last few years..... so keep ur heads up and hate the eagles..i know i'm going and i am sure my voice will be gone by the end of the 1st qtr...

Skins are favored by 2 over the Eagles... both teams are 4-3, skins are 3-0 at home and philly is 1-3 on the road.
