Vegas Line- Skins at Philly

I had a hard time finding a line for the game but found 1. Vegas has us favored by 4. Me personally if this game becomes a barn burner it will be too much for me. I think we are far superior to Philly but I guess because of the QB situation we aren't more than a 4 point favorite.

I think we win this game at least 20-10... but will see hopefully this is a total blowout and not close like what Vegas is calling for.

Go Skins!!

If we win 3-2 I'll take it in a second and won't look back. But for those 3 hours during the game it will be a hellish nervewracking experience... it won't be much fun until the game is over.

Agreed I'll take it anyway we can get it. A win is a win but i'd prefer a blowout!!

Go Skins!!

Relax guys it is in the bag. Who do we have to fear on there offense? TO? nope Donavan? nope. On paper it is not even close but we can't take them lightly. I am sure we will be ready for the challange. 9 times out of 10 we win this game. Lets just hope this is not the 10th game this weekend.

Re: Vegas Line- Skins at Philly

I haven't said much about predictions this year but our DEFENSE will CONTROL this game!!!!!!! They will give us short field all evening. I believe this game will come down to our run game. Gibbs will be concervative.....hopefully not too much. I expect a D touchdown in this 1, and a boat load of Portis. (Gibbs has been saving the Portis screens just 4 Philly) Would have used them but wasnt needed vs Giants and Dallas.
I thought he was saving HB pass but we needed it early in Vagiants game.Maybe fake punt....Who is our (Direct snap, run guy) on punts?

Winning is winning. It doesn't matter how you do it.

I fear their best receiver, brian dawkins. Hopefully Patrick doesnt throw too many balls to him.

We're playing so well right now, but I still have a sinking feeling that this will be a really, really close game. Like, David Akers on to kick a potentially game-winning 53-yard field goal level close.

It's never easy to win in Philly, no matter what.

So long as Gibbs doesn't go back into his shell, we will blast the Eagles, and I believe he will continue to push forward, the last 3 games have re-enlightened him to the fact that you can't play conservative and win, you have to push the ball and keep momentum on your side, the second you go into a shell you lose it, then it becomes very difficult to recreate, we have attacked and attacked the past 2 weeks, I do not believe that will stop regardless of who is behind center.

Right now I feel we have as much of a chance to get to the SB as any team in the NFC!

Im with you man...this one has me real nervous. Philly is gonna pull out all the stops, trick plays and try to make their season mean something by knocking us out of the playoffs. We better come with it, but I trust Coach Gibbs to have the team ready to play. I just hope the players respond and arent watching the scoreboard to see where theyre gonna play the wildcard game...

Vegas oddsmakers usually give 3 pts. to the home team. So does this line mean we are really a 1 pt. favorite, or a 7 pt favorite? I always struggled with Math!

Re: Vegas Line- Skins at Philly

I saw that line yesterday. All of the recent lines have us pegged as a 7 point favorite. I can deal with that a lot more than the 4 points. I think Vegas is banking on Brunell playing as opposed to Ramsey.. Brunell is worth 3 extra points on the road.

Not me, the only game's I missed all year was the first Giant game, and the last Cowboy game, but I was up in the air about the cowboy game, and yes I covered the point spreads as well. The Eagles will play us tough they are a very well coached team, but that won't be enough this go round, 27-13.
