I think Gibbs prefers the white jerseys/burgundy pants. The year they wore white on white, it was with Spurrier coaching, and he let the players decide. I think it's up to the coaches, and judging from how the Skins have worn white at home since 1981 when Gibbs arrived, it's clear that if he had his way, there would be no burgundy jersey at all.
