Absolutely give him credit. For doing exactly as he is told, playing with poise, not making mistakes, which is because he is not asked to do much, but sure he gets a ton of credit. KC right now is a top 5 quarterback though. |

As far, as the Cousins and Prescott synopsis, you're on point. Anyone who even halfway know the game can also see it. They're (the Cowboys) running an abbreviated Mississippi State offense. Prescott also rarely throws the ball under center, unless it's playaction or typically, boot action. If anyone believes what they're doing is sustainable (long-term), even with the mega-offensive line, then you're more than likely gonna crap out. If you don't start seeing teams cracking it the remainder of the season or the playoffs, then you'll start to see it next season. Prescott will have to eventually evolve his game or the Cowboys' staff will have to get more creative. I'm not sure they can get more creative in disguising or minimizing weaknesses, as they're doing currently. So, the former will probably have to occur. I find it funny seeing some Redskins fans worried about Dallas long-term. Why? There are only a small, handful of teams who has been seriously competitive long-term (ie, Patriots, Packers, Steelers, Ravens and the likes). Most of the league has been up-and-down to garbage. The Panthers had a dream season last year (15-1). They destroyed their share of teams, too. Look at 'em now. The Cardinals was 13-3 last season, and now are fighting to get into the playoffs. This is a year-to-year league for most of the teams. Heck! It's basically a week-to-week league for the majority of the teams. Dallas is more prone to be fighting for their playoff lives or stinking it up, next season, than they are to being a consistent product like the teams I mentioned above. I'd wait another season or two before crowning Prescott and the Cowboys. I also wouldn't mind another crack at 'em, if we make the playoffs. HTTR, folks! |

Re: Cards vs Skins Postgame Freakout
Problem is without fixing the redzone issue i don't believe we will make it..our Defense is giving up way to many points for us to miss any opportunity at Td's..we can't make the playoffs kicking FG's .for what it is worth I think Cousins is a much better QB than Dak but I give credit where it is due.

Re: Cards vs Skins Postgame Freakout
Dallas has a better record, and beat the Redskins two out of two so far. I'm not sure I'm ready to say they are a better team though. In my humble Dallas Cowboy hater opinion, they just happened to score a few more points than the Redskins did on two separate occasions, head to head in 2016. Both games could have easily been wins for the Redskins with a little better execution in a couple key moments...I for one, hope they are able to meet again in the playoffs.

We can make the playoffs by fixing the redzone problems. The defense sucks, there's no question about it. We have to be able to off-set that by scoring 35 - 40 points every week. No other way

Re: Cards vs Skins Postgame Freakout
Comparing dak to kirk is not even fair. Dak literally looks at 2 reads 90% of the time and both are usually a check down safe pass to Beasley or witten. He's ranked like 30th in pass attempts of 25 yards or more down field. I saw the stat last week, only Alex Smith and kaepernick were behind him. He's a check down king.

B. Mitch said pretty much the same thing early this week and I agree with him. Our back is against the wall, and T. Williams is partly to blame in all this so he has absolutely ZERO say in this. I would take Shawn "roller skates" Lauvao out and replace him with Trent Williams. It's about having your best 5 lineman out there and the lineup you listed above is just that.

Re: Cards vs Skins Postgame Freakout
If he were the QB for the Redskins and having that type of year, would I be pumped? Absolutely. Do I think he's the next coming of Brady? I absolutely do not. I need to see more of a body of work.
