I nominate this guy, not Jay Gruden, for biggest dipshit coach on our sideline.

Now for biggest dipshit in Redskins history it's these guys:

I wish I liked something else more than sports. Between Thunder blowing a 23 point lead Friday night and the Redskins epic fail today, this weekend fucking sucked. Glad it's Monday.

Defense gave up 18 points on last 3 possessions. Would have been 22 if Saints didn't only need a field goal to win in OT. Amazing dipshittery.

Lol. Was thinking this exact thing earlier only Im a sixers fan. We scored 47 in the first quarter against the Warriors. Had a 24 point lead at the half. Apparently Brett Brown gets his halftime speeches from Pussy Gruden.
Thank God for my Canes. At least They got their act together.

That kinda crap is unacceptable.

Does anyone get fired I wonder if we tank down the stretch? Jay is probably safe, or is he?
I totally agree. The Skins have scored plenty of points the last 2 weeks to have won but the defense cant stop anyone in crunch time.

I do think this team is very close to being very good and the dumbest thing the organization could do is a major overhaul of coaching and players. That said this organization is always doing dumb things so I fully expect the HC and Cousins to be gone and another rebuild to begin.

Re: Heartbreak City: Redskins-Saints Postgame Thread

What we really need, is a way for certain potentially game changing penalties to be reviewed. I'm not saying look at every hold / offsides, etc... But a lot of the ones that are blatantly wrong, the coaches should have a way to call for a review. Maybe like sort of another set of challenge flags...

Two league sources reached out to Bruce Allen after this game and told him that the intentional grounding call was incorrect.

Somehow the NFL has to implement some kind of system where penalties can be reviewed. The refs are making mistakes on them too often and to me, a game should never have to come down to if the referees make the right calls or not.

The skins always get bad calls, the NFL doesn't want the name anymore. It's too obvious.

This would be a terrible move...I think we are close and I really hope no drastic moves are made outside of firing Bruce Allen, which I would totally be in favor of.

Signing Cousins and keeping him with Jay is the best path forward.

I hear you. I work from home and have had a miserable week. Was going to finally take an afternoon off and watch the Redskins and Nascar. I almost wish they had got blown out, to play so well for 54 minutes and have an epic collapse the last 6 and OT is the ultimate letdown. At least my girlfriend had went home and the nearest neighbor is almost 1/2 mile away so I could vocalize my displeasure without looking like a raving madman. I think I invented some new cuss words and may have scared the cat.

I dont blame Gruden for not wanting to run behind Nysehke/Roullier/Scerff in that situation. We had passed the ball on 4th-n-short before.

Our HC, OC, DC (in fairness) only sucked for the last 6 mins of the second half. Before that, they we 15 up on a 7-2 home team. Having Spaight/Hall up the middle defense was a huge weak spot and Payton exploited it and we didnt cover it up.

Watching it live, I thought it was intentional grounding .. but seeing this, clearly he is in no "imminent loss of yards".

Brutal call. Shouldnt have let the game get to that point.

Thanks NFL. At least they say they’re sorry after they give it to you raw dog style.
