The issue with Doctson is for every great catch or TD he follows it up with 2 or 3 drops

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

not opposed to that...I know there have been rumblings about D Thomas in Denver...either one could walk in and assume #1 duties. Let Doctson continue to grow on the outside and work crowder in the slot, but neither of these guys show #1 abilities.

This. I have confidence in time he will be a good player, but we desperately need a true #1 right now to take heat off him and Crowder. Crowder hasn't been the same since Garcon and Jackson left. He didn't have this hands issue last year.

I think Doctson has #1 talent, but he's very soft IMO. If you combined his raw talent with Garcon's competitive mentality, you would have a Top-10 receiver, without question.

We simply can not draft wr's. It's so frustrating. Doc just isn't consistent enough. I'd go get one guy in free agency but that's it. You drafted these guys so you hope they pick it up, develop and play better. You can't go spending a boat load of $ on free agent WR's.

He gotta grow. I swear, Cousins put the ball on him in the first quarter coming out of a break on a square in/deep slant, Doctson was flying and had the safety to beat and that safety looked to be planted, not moving.....and he drops it. One move around the safety, that coulda been 6.

Those were exactly the same patterns Rivers and his receivers were carving up Cowboys the previous week. deep slants, square ins....

Re: Burn it down: Redskins - Cowboys Post Game Central

Forgive me guys for my bluntness...but...Jamison Crowder had his Head Up His A$$ all night.

As for Kirk Cousins...he made some good throws, but honestly it wasn't his best night either.

I am wondering if the team might have been too Tight for the game and Overally Focused, and that might have been the reason for their screw ups.

As for Gruden, I personally ambivalent. The team did look a bit disorganized, but some of the $h! + that Crowder did cannot be blamed on the coaches.

Just my opinions.

Vikings have 7 players on IR.

Redskins have 20.

Vikings are also better than us at WR, CB, DL and TE. Keenum is solid but his D is nasty. Makes it easier

Vikings have an healthy OL, it helps.
Vikings have currently 4 players with injury designation (and one of them is "non injury related"), we have 14, on top of our 15 on IR.
