Re: Around the League
A.J. Brown traded to Patriots officially:
https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...triots-2-picks For a '27 5th rd pick and a '28 1st rd pick. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't happy he's out of the NFC East.

Re: Around the League
They are banking on Smith, Lemon, and Hollywood at wr. Just think Brown is a bigtime receiver who you should not trade but as you said he wanted out and situation in Philly may have gotten untenable. It will be interesting to see how fares with Maye v. Hurts.

Agreed all around. I hope Lemon is a lemon. Hurts really banked on Brown muscling his way open and bringing in contested catches. Without that, I hope their offense takes a real hit. Four OCs in as many years too - a bit of an indictment of Siriani, I’d say. It’s amazing how intensely I dislike all the teams in our division. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Love how the Rams are always willing to go all in for right now.

Re: Around the League
McVay was recently talking about Donald coming out of retirement also. Would be surprised if it went down but you never know.

Re: Around the League
And if things don't go well (knock on wood), he can be our collective emotional support pet. Beautiful little dog.

Re: Around the League
From PFT:
>>>>Vinod Khosla-led group agrees to buy the Seahawks for a reported $9.612 billion By Josh Alper Published July 11, 2026 07:49 PM The Seahawks have found a buyer. The estate of the late Paul Allen announced on Saturday that a group led by Vinod Khosla has agreed to purchase the team. Khosla’s bid was identified as one of two frontrunners to purchase the team this week. Khosla, who is a venture capitalist, is currently a 49ers limited partner and will be required to sell his stake in the Seahawks’ NFC West rivals. ESPN reports that the price is $9.612 billion, which is a record price for an NFL franchise. “We are honored to be entrusted as the next stewards of the Seattle Seahawks. We look forward to building on the winning legacy Paul Allen created and to earning the trust of the Seahawks organization and fans everywhere,” Khosla said in a statement. The rest of the league’s owners will need to approve the sale before it becomes official. A memo to teams from the NFL said that the league has “commenced both review of key transaction documents and customary due diligence” to set up a vote on the transaction. That vote is expected to take place later this summer.<<<<< |

Re: Around the League
Interesting, Mrs. Kholsa will actually be the one in charge, according to a Seahawks podcast. She’s the controlling owner.
