Re: Where was the blitz???????????

maybe he thought his one really good game last week was enough for the him to make nice for the season? j/k but seriously he did look like he was back to his old ways of misplaying assignments at times and on some plays like that pursuit on the pass to morris looked pretty half-assed. Lavar is just a very hard guy to get a handle on what's going on with him mentally. it's looking more and more like he will be another teams issue next year.

Unhappy Gibbs Needs Help!

I accidentally posted in the wrong place, and I kno this is off topic but what is with Joe Gibbs?

Now, let me just start this out by saying.... Joe Gibbs has given me a reason to believe in my Redskins once again.

Gibby needs help. Musgrave sucks. West Coast? No. The NFL isn't going to be slow enough for the counter tray, or these line pulls anymore. It's a dying breed of offense, and there is no place in football for it anymore. We need to go out in the off season and get an offensive mind to help poor Joe. I love Joe, but I need to say what everyone else is scared to say. He's too old.

I think if we got a good West Coast guy... like (i hate to say it) but ol' Norval Turner, maybe we can establish more of a deep impact. I friggin hate Norv, but he is an offensive mind. Have you guys seen the forlorn looks on ol' Joe's face everytime the offense falters? He can't understand the fast pace game. I know I'm gonna get hate mail, but it needs to be addressed. I know Joe is a genius, and I hope he proves me wrong, but he will NOT take us to a SuperBowl. I hope he proves me wrong.

Re: Where was the blitz???????????

Have you read the papers? Have you listened to the media? Gregg Williams said Lavar is the most undisciplined, unknowledgeable player he has ever coached. Marvin Lewis said...''Lavar is the most unskilled player I've ever coached. He has no discipline"

We had the 12 rated O. We set team records for WR yards and Rushing yards. We were banged up and needed a decent #2 WR.... Gibbs don't need help U DO!!!!!!

lol, I was thinking the same thing except with a bit of a smaller salary. him or the o-coordinator for the chargers if possible. but as firstandten posted, the team did pretty darn well with us having pretty much 3 offensive weapons, unless u also count sellers and him being the goalline td magnet. plus until today's game I didn't know we were the 3rd best team in the red zone on offense and I can't even remember when the team has been even close to being ranked that high.

Re: Where was the blitz???????????

I just think that some people are idiots and don't understand the game of football. Like I said in a previous post a week ago gibbs need an offensive coordinator His offense is to shitty with the way our defense comes to play each and every week. I though that he would open the playbook in this important but he didn't which was ridiculous. I love gibbs but an o-coordinator would just do wonders for our team to get back to the glory days.

Why don't we get a second and third wide reciever threat to help the offense first. We can get the greatest O coordinator in the world, that' great. But without someone to help take the pressure off Moss, it won't matter one bit.

We got a blitz and Mack Strong had a career long run right through it. Give Hasselbeck credit though. He saw the play coming and checked out of the oringinal call.
