I noticed that myself good thing the Dallas game is the first one. Four of our last six games will be at home.

Re: Schedule!!!

I like how it starts (the toughest game of the first 4 is @ Dallas where the skins are really going to need ST) and how it finishes (4 of the last 6 are @ home and the two away games are against STL & NO). The middle part of the schedule looks to be the most challenging (Games 5-10 include @NYG, @IND, @PHI & @TB) though having our bye in there will help. Getting to 11 wins means running the table at home and beating HOU, NO & STL.

when a game is nationally televised on cable (ESPN), a local affiliate (in the DC area, usually Channel 7) will pick up the feed. Not sure that'll work with NFL Network games, but I guess we'll wait and see. I don't see why it wouldn't.

Damn, Tampa Bay again - Not scared of, but a little bored of them. It's like they want to make that team the skins' rivals. This will be 5th time in 4 years that the redskins have played them - dating back to 2003.

Don't put it past Snyder to hire a college football field and base the team in of Texas for 10 days. Bet the payers would appreciate not having to fly twice.

I'm glad we get another shot at Tampa during the season this year we owe them one. I know we beat them in the Playoffs but I want to give them a real ass wipping at home again. This time it won't come down to the last play.

I think they will come home its not a long flight and remember they just get on the plane and go. The players like to be at home when its is possible.

Yes, the games that are on NFL Network will also be shown on regular broadcast networks in the home market. What station that is I am not sure...

Good lord, how long has Alstott been playing now? I mean, didn't Doug Williams hand off to him at some point?

Re: Schedule!!!

WOW, November is just absolutely BRUTAL! Then finish the schedule with 9 NFC games - the fate of this team will rely on Nov-Dec run, where the king of DECEMBER (Mr. Gibbs) rules the world!!!!

This is what happens to players who use their heads as spears to get the extra yard or big hit. Don't let your pop warner play like alstot.

Talk about favorable down the stretch. Important 3-game homestand, the first gome of which is likely to decide HFA, two featherweights on the road, and then home to wrap up the year, in what I (prematurly) believe will be a meaningless game for both teams.
