Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions

This is what we will probably see a lot of, Campbell will hold the ball a lot longer than Brunell trying to figure out the defense which will allow for more sacks, but he will also make more big plays downfield, this particular defense will be very tough for Jason because they are very good at jumping off coverage and stepping in front of primary recievers something experienced QB's have problems with. Then Jason has to worry about Rice who will eat Samuels alive coming from the blind side, this will not allow Jason to get comfortable at all on sunday, but it's experience he will need, unfortunatly he should have had much more experience already, Buc's win because of turnovers in a low scoring game, 13-10

I...agree. I don't see us scoring a TD though, but I do see TB getting some points off turnovers (which hasn't been an issue yet this year).

Even with the state of our D, we should keep TB reasonably off the board. But we have to find a way to hold them to single digits to win the game.

Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions

All we need is one deep completion early on, then we can establish a sollid run game. Our main concern should be to limit our predictability. D coordinators must have been so excited to face the redskins every week knowing exactly what plays they were going to run with brunell with an occasional ARE trick play here and there. At least now they are slightly nervous.

Gradkowski is a lowsy QB, his best asset is his ability to run, the possiblity exists that our defense could win this game, but I would defiently bet the under in this one.

larry had spoken to Betts, TJ, and JC earlier in the day. naturally they are major stoked to go. Especially TJ as he has been bustin' to get in all season. According to bram and Larry, the team is very optimistic about this week. INt with Pierson Prioleau. Basically, he said the team will back JC, and go kick the sh... out of TB. Int with JC to follow.

Actually, nothing you would not expect, but positive. I have not really heard anything outside the organization that is not positive as well.

Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions

The coaches know Campbell's strengths, they aren't going to have him play beyond his means.

Anyone who watched the MNF game know what the Bucs are capable of. We can beat this team.

Campbell will light the place up.

You better believe our recievers are gonna give it all to get open for JC.

I really find it funny how you told me all year to get "real" and deal with REALITY when MB was playing, yet you place so much faith in JC when he hasn't even taken the field yet. Hmm?? What was it that you called it? Oh yes - BLIND FAITH.

At least with Campbell in, the games will be much more bearable to watch the rest of the season.

We'll shall see about that... without Portis, and the lack of motivation this teams has... I don't think watching will be very much fun from here on out, with or without JC.
