Where Is Mcintosh?
I want to know where McIntosh is. I watch him on teams and he seems to do well. Looks like a good tackler. Why don't they let him in there. It kind of scares me, because Holdman is terrible. What are they seeing that has kept him of the field? I think it is safe to say, if we won all of our games, we still would probably miss that playoffs. Put him in there, we need to see what we got. Maybe, they can move Holman over to middle linebacker. When he played the middle in preseason it was the best I ever saw him play.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
It makes no sense. Holdman is not supposed to still be in the league.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
This is my question too. Greg Williams is known for using lots of different players and stresses he does not have a starting line-up. McIntosh (2nd round pick) hasen't played at all and I'm extremly worried he could be a bust as well.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
Williams is a stubborn as Gibbs is. Time to get Rocky in the game. What do we have to loose now?
I personally think our linebacker play is the weakest part of our defense now that the secondary has improved some. It has been said on the radio by Doc Walker that he makes too many scheme mistakes in practice.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
Man, that is a bold statement, with our secondary and our no pass rush line. I dont know who is the worst. I will agree that in todays game, I think you are right.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
It's Jason Campbell part 2. They are coddling him like a little baby. Afraid to take off the god damn diapers. What pisses me off so much is Holdman is terrible. They gave up two 2nd rounders for this guy and you mean to tell me he can't play a couple plays on defense? That's a bunch of bullshit! The fucking season is over so get his ass in there! Hell... when it wasn't over they should have had him in in there.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
I don't know what kind of difference he would make, but I'm all for it....bring him in. I mean lets be serious......we don't expect Warrick Holdman to be back next year

I've always thought the linebackers are a reflection of how the D-line is performing. When they're getting penetration, tying up blockers, wreaking havoc, that's when linebackers seem to shine. And I thought our linebackers were solid without having to draft McIntosh. Hah. |

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
Gibbs was making some noise yesterday about some "changes" on D this week???? We'll see what that entails.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
The coaching staff should have added Mcintosh to the line up in my opinion this past week also. I agree Holdman is not cutting it at LB.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
i have always thought that they didn't really want rocky as much as they wanted d'qwell jackson. Jackson went one pick ahead of rocky and I have always thought that we were going for him.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
I agree completely. I think our LB play is the worst. What really bothers me about the whole deal is that its no secret that everyone is going to run at AC and WH. Why isnt something being done to stop it? Its time to put macintosh in there and see if he can help stop the weakside run.

Re: Where Is Mcintosh?
he might get caught out of position some, but he is what this defense sorely lacks, a playmaker. and besides, holdman might be in position most of the time, but he still doesnt make any tackles
