Let me just clarify that I do not agree with the assertion that Garcia made TO....sarcasm.....okay, I can relax now.

I'll be there as usual. I go now because I dont quit on my team and for the development of JC. I think the skins D will come up with 2 huge turnovers that will change the outcome of the game. Skins 21 Eagles 10. Just don't let them go over the top.

We'll beat um. I think we could could still finish 8-8. That would be a good accomplishment.

Garcia is about as terrible as collins when the line gets to him...

Yep, you caught us red handed. We just pretend to be skins fans.

Re: Should we be worried about the eagles?

I saw this mentioned earlier, and I wanted to clarify....It DOESN'T MATTER HOW BAD WE FINISH, WE WILL STILL END UP WITH A LOW DRAFT PICK. I'm getting tired of seeing posts/threads about this. Look at the specifics of the Denver trade. If we finish worse than them, they get our draft pick. If we finish better, we keep our pick...EITHER WAY WE GET A BAD FIRST ROUND PICK.

Re: Should we be worried about the eagles?

I feel like every time the Denver-Duckett trade gets clarified, somehow I lose all that clarity because everyone is saying different things.

I'm going to go insane, because I remember there being an initial error when the trade details we're realeased. It was changed, and I remembered those details.

To my understanding, we'll be okay unless it's between 22-28 or something like that. That would be the only stipulation.

If anyone that knows what the official details are let me know with a link or something. When it's all here-say I get confused.

Thanks!

Before you go blasting everyone and telling them to look at things...maybe YOU should look at the specifics of the Denver trade.

Both us AND the Broncos need to finish so that we would have been between the 21st and 32nd pick in the draft. I have big news for you....were not even going to be close to finishing where we would have wound up with a pick 21 or later.

If we finish better, were going to end up swapping picks.

Now if we dont end up switching first rounders (which it dosent look like we will), its going to cost us a 4th round pick in 2008.

BAM! NFL.com - NFL News THERE IT IS! RIGHT THERE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE (I'm not directing this at you Alvin, we just must have gone over this 1,000 times)

If we pick between 21 and 31 AND Denver has a higher pick, we switch. If we pick #4, we pick #4, if we pick #20, we pick #20.

Re: Should we be worried about the eagles?

We are 4-8, we could lose to anybody. Yeah, this is a winnable game & yeah we could get blown out. You just don't know w/ this team.

I don't care if we could get the 1st pick in the draft by losing i'd still want to beat the eagles.

Re: Should we be worried about the eagles?

I am worried becuase the iggle D can be tough for a young QB to deal with. It helps to have Garcia rather than McNabb, obviously, but Garcia can play. The systems on both sides of the ball that philly plays are sound. We're going to have to be better than we were last week, obviously.

As always, will our D actually show up? Will we mix the run and pass effectively? And will we paly better on third down on both sides? I hope so--I hate the iggles.

This is sticky material.

I'm tired of hearing all the speculation about this deal when the specifics are out there in black and white for anyone to look up.

Word to the wise, google is your friend.
