Re: Bill B Presents TMC's Pick the Position Poll
I chose CB because I'm still liking the idea/theory of Springs switching to FS. I wish Kenny Wright or ...{sigh} Rumph would have stepped up but neither one has shown any consistency. We need a field general at MLB which would be my 2nd pick followed by DE.

Pass rushing DE.
Don't even give the QB time to throw. |

I think Adam Archuleta might be available next year, maybe we should snag him.....

Re: Bill B Presents TMC's Pick the Position Poll
I said safety.
We still need SOLID cb depth, but first and foremost we've got to patch our weakness, and safety IMO is just that. D-Line is probably #2. Then O-line is #3.

Re: Bill B Presents TMC's Pick the Position Poll
You have to look at it like this...Injuries WILL happen. There is no doubt in my mind that Springs will be injured next year at some point, due mainly to his age. So that leaves Rogers as a #1, and who as a #2?
At DE or LB we have replacements that are mediocre and could get away with those players in those areas, but we can't make it at CB. We've proven that. When Springs and Rogers are on their game, we have a decent secondary, when they aren't, we suck HARD. Clearly our most pressing need is CB. That's not to say we don't need a DE or LB (LB especially). We do, just CB is more pressing.

Re: Bill B Presents TMC's Pick the Position Poll
WR - move Santana over to be the #1 CB. So Campbell isn't confused let's trade AA to the Raiders for Randy Moss.
...just kidding

Really??? O-Line??? That is one of the few places I think we need nothing (assuming we re-sign Dockery).

Re: Bill B Presents TMC's Pick the Position Poll
If we could get a box of doughnuts for AA, I'd do that.

If you get doughnuts, you better share. I had to suffer him being in there too!

I know how archuleta can help us!!!!! he can wear a goat suit on the sidelines, then people can throw veggies at him. That'll get the skins fans to the games.

Re: Bill B Presents TMC's Pick the Position Poll
I went with something a little more surprising here. I said OG. Our pass pro has been horrid at times this season, we are among the tops of the league in holding penalties, and Dockery is a free agent. I want a OG who can start from day 1 and pass block better than DD while also being powerful in the run game.

But Pucillo and Dockery are both free agents and this unit needs to be upgraded.

Also with the holding penalties that we commit all time time, are those not sacks if we dont commit the penalty?
