No one left aside from Graham this year, but last year a few did. They'll likely make some cuts of note post 6/1 or during camp, they're gonna have to make some room for their fa's & draft picks. I think this could be more of a transitional year for them. Can Bellicheck keep them on track? It'll be harder than it appears now, that's just a hunch as I said, I know they've won in the past when it sure seemed the odds were against them. The division is still fairly weak, good we get them this year. |

The Pats have done a great job with player aquisition this offseason. The LB they signed from Ravens - Adalius Thomos is poised to have an impact season playing next to Richard Seymour, Mike Vrabel, Rosevelt Colvin, Teddy Bruschi..etc. They are going have the deepest front seven in the NFL with LSU DE Marquise Hill 6' 7" 300 pound will be 5th string DE behind Semour, Ty Warren, Jarvis Green and Mike Wright. They planned well because they can now spend their entire draft on their one remaining weakness CB. With two first round draft picks and the draft being deep in DB they have done their homework. |

Re: Stallworth to the Pats!
Pretty good WR, but not worth the money the Pats paid him!

Re: Stallworth to the Pats!
They are definitely a team to envy. However, the Colts are the favorite. No question.

Isn't Donte in rehab right now?
Great place to scout free agents. |

Don't get me wrong, all reasonable predictions would be that this team is a contender. They're certainly the best in their division, I think the Jets over achieved, Miami has issues at the qb position & a new coach, and the Bills just lost some quality players. I just have a feeling that this will be a transitional year for them & may decide how they proceed w/some of their vets. An off year for them is far better than what most teams hope for. I just don't see them contending for another super bowl and I wouldn't be surprised if they have an up & down year that ends 9-7 or 8-8. |

The Pats now have the most complete team in the NFL. Even after all of thier great signings New England's still got the 13th-most cap room left, $7.7 million and two 1st round draft picks. They are very well managed. |

And now they signed a very fast WR Washington with a $300,000 signing bonus. Cheap. You know you are doing it right when player will take less money to play for you. That is the true sign of a winning team. |

Re: Stallworth to the Pats!
Interesting that no mention is being made of the fact that both Donte nor Washington have had off-the-field issues

Re: Stallworth to the Pats!
Corey Dillon was also a problem child when he arrived and did ok. I think Bellichicken keeps them in line.
