but anyone watching the broadcast could tell, he got the first down............ except for the guy we hired to tell gibbs whether to challenge or not.

There is a reason that at any level, seats around the 50 yard line are more expensive than seats in the end zone. It is a better view. Hence, the end zone "floating" camera angle is cool for a pre-play shot and replays, but it sucks for live action.

Was anyone annoyed by all the crawls Fox had at the top of the screen and the crawls at the bottom of the screen with updates etc...... could hardly see the players on the field...

I completely agree. I was yelling at the TV screen on Sunday. As others have said, the other views are fine for replays, but not for the live action.
