defensive options
i didn't really put alot of thought into this, until watching the game. it seems like all of a sudden, the skins have alot of different guys that are actually good, NFL players on defense. at safety there are 4 guys that could probably play a bunch on any team in this league. lord knows we have more then enough corners that are NFL quality. and we also have 4 pretty good linebackers. if Montgomery improves, and Griffin and Salavea stay healthy, we should have pretty good depth on the line. maybe someone in the front office actually does know what they are doing(yikes)

Re: defensive options
I'm reserving comment until after a couple more preseason games but the D did look much better. That D lineman who hit the QB and not goig after the ball was a heads up play of the game. By the way who was that?

Re: defensive options
DE, and injuries still worry me a bit. LB depth/DL depth aren't good... the back 4 are good there, but our #1 CB is still a big injury risk and it'd be a large fall off if he went out.

Re: defensive options
The D looked fantastic. They were flying around, not missing any tackles. And the thing is the 1st stringers werent the only ones who were making plays. We were pressuring the Titans all game. Thats a good sign and I know for a fact we will return to 04-05 form.

Re: defensive options
lets see what we do against a real nfl QB saturday. We went against Kerry Collins. So we already had the upper hand going into last week game.

Re: defensive options
Kerry Collins is trash. He take pointers from Todd Collins. lol I should shut up considering how T. Collins did last week. :-)

Re: defensive options
It was SuperSmart. Maybe those drills they added to help create turnovers are paying off.
