I was gonna say that I love Jeff Fisher and respect the guy a lot, but I still think williams deserves a shot...

I think I could take solace in the hiring of Fisher, though. If we brought in somone else, though... I'd probably by pretty disappointed.

If the Fisher thing was to come true. Would the Redskins have to give up a draft pick like Tampa did for Chucky?

id like to see williams get the job but, only if al saunders stays on as the OC. We need al to stay with the devlopement of jason cambell.

Ok, so Fisher can break his contract if he takes the job as Team President but the loophole to that is he can also be Head Coach so a two for one. If GW doesn't want to stay because of it we could hire Schwartz as DC & keep Saunders as OC same system and could talk Hanyesworth into coming over to the Skins. Hey it's a LLLLOOOONNNNGGGG shot but it doesn't hurt to dream.

If RS1 was really picking up Jeff Fisher, we'd be hearing rumors left and right. That would be too huge to stay secret.

Jeff Fisher consistently gets more good results without an abundance of top-shelf talent than any other NFL coach. He'd be a very positive addition to the Redskins' team.
