Joe Gibbs 3.0?
Now that we got upgraded our Offensive Coordinator spot and have the Defensive side secure would Joe consider this for 10mil per year?
Think about it, the only two people oppossed to this and that would feel hurt are Williams and Saunders. I know it may be a stretch but you know Snyder wants this and maybe this is why he's extending the search???? COME BACK JOE!!

Re: Joe Gibbs 3.0?
Whatever! Maybe people want to voice their opinions on how they want the man back to run this team. If it happened you would be kissing my ass!

Re: Joe Gibbs 3.0?
Listen,
Joe Gibbs is a very old man and NFL coaching is an extremely taxing job. From the time Gibbs came back to the day he left he noticeably aged. Let Joe Gibbs retire, enjoy time with his family, and relax some. He's still involved in the organization, and that's a good thing. He has bigger priorities than football right now, such as his grandson with leukemia.

Re: Joe Gibbs 3.0?
Joe Gibbs is not the kind of guy where money is going to make a difference. I think you could offer him 2 billion a year and he'd probably turn it down at this point in his life.
That said, this thread is rediculously retarted.

Re: Joe Gibbs 3.0?
C'mon QBall you're not serious are you? Please tell me you're not. Look we all love Gibbs and many of us wish he had never left. But this is borderling insanity here.
Threads like these really bring the value of this message board down. Imagine someone finding this site and thinking "Hey 'Redskins Discussion for the Knowledgeable Fan' this could be good." And in the midst of some very solid threads like "Salary Cap Status Update" and "Senior Bowl Buzz" we subject them to bottom of the barrel crap like "Joe Gibbs 3.0" and "Snyder Sell the Team" C'mon people. Use some common sense. You want to say you wish Gibbs would come back, then fine say it in a post in one of the many coaching threads we have. "Hey wouldn't it be great if Gibbs suddenly decided to come back?" But don't waste our time and devalue the entire message board by starting a new thread about it. TMC, you want the honors of locking this one?
