The best method of TROLL control is to simply add it to your ignore list and enjoy the bliss. Another option would be IP blocking (by an admin) which is usually pretty effective too. Honestly I've seen more entertaining TROLLS on the CGC discussion boards. |

Yeah, Gibbs play calling is a little repeatative. Zack, you must not have been around long enough to remember or understand what made, and still makes, Gibbs so good.
The guy is methodical. He will work the little things out until he starts averaging 20 pts a game, then 24 pts, then 27 pts... He doesn't do it with a bunch of tricks. He just takes a handful of plays and teaches a core group of guys to run them to perfection. Thats why he is looking for life long redskins. He needs those types of guys to win... and I assure you he will find the guys and he will start winning. He is just going to do it the way he always has done it. Not the way I think he should, not the way you think he should. Keep the faith! |

I agree. I've got nothing but faith. But it is impossible not to also carry frustration with that faith. I don't believe that anyone has beaten us yet. I have yet to walk away from a game and say, "That team handed it to us they were just better" Mainly, because of the D.

Another example the Ravens, everyone knows that when the Raven are done running Lewis, they are gonna run him again and untill someone stops it they will keep doing it. Again execution is the key. Now with Gibbs he is starting out in a "new" NFL but it is the same you MUST execute to win. Remember for alot of the players on this team this is also there 3rd or 4th turnover in coaching, is that acceptable, maybe but change is not always easy. So when people say that the deffense know what we are gonna run before we do it, I say so what if we execute the play correctly it shouldn't matter!!!

i think gibbs' can handle the dissing, what with his check. you can have faith and still be frustrated, i'm sure gibbs won't cry too hard. we all know there's a good chance he'll get this team rollin.

you can have any opinion you want, but this is a discussion board, not a statement board. you'll need at least a decent argument for people to take you seriously when you diss a hall of fame coach who's done the most for this franchise. especially when you claim a failed college upstart was better and don't say why. |

I've been to the Bucs, Cowboys, and Packers games this year, and I'd be lying if I didn't admit that I'm concerned about the offense. However, we've got to remember that Gibbs started 0-5 in his first season before finishing strong. I'm confident he'll find a way to get the offense going. In the last game we had open receivers; Brunell just missed his targets. Look for him to improve in the next couple of games or Gibbs WILL replace him with Ramsey. The running game is decent, but once the passing game opens up, we will be dangerous. My biggest concern (besides Brunell) is the o-line.

Maybe Ramsey isn't the difference, but we need something to change at least a little something. If what you have doesn't work shouldn't you adjust? We have the greatest adjustment coach in existence standing on our sideline. You can have consistency without consistent failure.
