Re: Romo gets dissed again.
I did not really care or have an opinion on this whole Tony Romo thing.
However, after seeing the the Eagles vs Cowboys game Dec. 28 2008 on NFL Network this weekend...Tony Romo was terrible. He was not just bad, he was awful. He looked uncomfortable and out of sorts. I forget how bad Romo finished the year. Then the NFL Network went on to point out that Romo is 5-8 in December for his career. The Cowboys are one of the most a talented teams in the NFL. This is not the Cleveland Browns we are talking about. Some of the blame has to land on Romo. |

You know, I actually believe him. The fact of the matter is that she had a hell of a lot more riding on that relationship's existence than he did, simply because it helped her stay relevant. She doesn't exactly have much of a singing or acting career left to turn to. Really, as crude as it sounds, her options for remaining newsworthy at this point are pretty much limited to engaging in a Britney-like self-destructive streak or posing nude.

Re: Romo gets dissed again.
Ok. I am just hating... So why does he have more muffed snaps for playoff losses than playoff wins? Why did he throw an INT to lose to the Giants with home field advantage? Why did he piss himself against the Eagles last year? Why is he absolutely pathetic in December when wins are most important?
Maybe you need to quit buying the hype and realize that he is eye candy. You cannot objectively look past his great fantasy stats (which will go down this year btw because Owens is gone) and admit that he is a choker. Maybe you want to back a choker, however I will give accolades to those who overachieve when it counts instead of embarrassing one of the most talented teams year in and year out. How about this, since you view this proven choker, for whatever reason, as a top 7 QB give your analysis of how he fits that criteria? |
