Redskins kickoff week

What you guys think about this? Opening the parking lots at noon? and having jumbotrons in the parking lot? Its going to be absolutely nuts at the game because its week 1 AND Dallas and now 8 plus hours of tailgating. I expect mayhem.

8 hours of drinking before a Dallas game? Bet ya the cops will be busy on Sunday/Monday.

It is all about money, so I am not surprised.

Rock and roll. I'm going to the game, and my buddy and I are gonna get there around 2 or 3 to avoid all the BS traffic. Full tailgating package. TV in the back of his truck, grill, chairs, huge fully stocked cooler, the works. I'm going to go easy on the booze in the early goings, but I'm not driving, so I'll be pilt by the time that game ends.

God bless football. Welcome back.

it probably cost more money for them to have the video screens and stuff then they will make off of the pregame. Everyone brings there own food and drinks. They are just trying to make the gameday experience better. I think its going to be insane! Its awsome is a primetime night game too!

Re: Redskins kickoff week

Thank god someone finally remembered that this is the first week of the season!! AND BY GOD IT IS DALLAS WEEK!!

Looking at first few threads in the lockerroom you would almost think we were preparing for the offseason. To be honest thats what it has kinda felt like with all the trade him and trade for this guy talk!!

It is time for football ladies and gentlemen. I for one am ready and will cheer like hell for this years team!!!

It is time to talk about some football and not just any football but Redskins Football.

This whole week's line up including game day is pretty damn awesome. Big thumbs up to the FO for getting this together. Man, im envious, wish I could go Sunday. Big screens in the parking lot sounds great

Re: Redskins kickoff week

I really wish I could be there. Sounds like DC in general is gearing up big time for this game. I love it! It almost feels like the 80s...

Geez...
Spending on the new HD boards is ALL about the money? putting video boards for the fans who are drinking THEIR own beer and food is ALL about the money?

come on dude, give the hate a break and admit Snyder got some bit of a clue after last year's debacle.

Yeah man.. it was huge growing up. Teachers and everyone had pride, we did the classrooms up, etc.. then it just stopped. Hasn't been collective pride in awhile as far as common meeting places... work, school, etc

Feels good to see whole communities getting behind this again
