Honestly this would be a good move, unless they are concerned about Felix Jones' ability to stay healthy. I'm sure Jones and Tashard Choice would be a good running combo.


Sidenote: Who would have thought that between McFadden and Jones, Jones would become the better player.

If that is true than oh well. I could see them going after Clayton for a vet min kinda deal just because of Allen's familiarity with him. I wouldn't have minded having Housh here on a one or two year rental kinda deal. No long term contracts, especially for a guy who's already 32 and entering the probable decline in his career.

I really hope Bruce Allen knows what he's doing if this is true...

Reports are that the Vikings have signed TJ, as we just said on @ESPNRadio980 that Clayton and Bryant would likely be choices over Housh

I guess I would take Clayton over Bryant and his bad knee.

Yeah I wouldn't sign Bryant especially with his whole injury situation right now. If he was 100% healthy and ready to go I'd consider it but he's obviously not.

The Pats have a ton of picks and need a semblance of a running game, this would make sense for them. If the Pats defense were any better, they'd be a lock for the SB this season.
