3 catches but you're right.

We shut them down AND as McNabb said after the game, showed they made a huge mistake.

Adjustments were made by Philly, I think Shanny and Kyle went conservative to protect the lead...which I ok with at the very end of the game, but early/middle of the 3rd? I didnt like that
Also keep in mind, Torain is nowhere near the blocker/QB bodyguard as Portis is.

Another important thing to note: haslett planned the whole week to face vick, and had to adapt his game plan on the fly when kolb came in. Given that I'd say he did a great job, especially considering what we've seen from him the last couple weeks.

No. The OP wanted to know why the Redskins are not the Patriots, and why he was not filled to the brim with delightfully smug glee as they rolled over the competition without so much as a care.

You have all failed to answer this important question in the timely manner requested.

Re: Question that needs an answer before the night is over

i don't want Jackson or Maclin 1 on 1 down field, so four rushers is okay by me... i was fine with the game plan. i didn't notice either of them the entire game. it seems like the eagles score more times from outside the redzone then when they're in it so im okay with the underneath dink & dunk crap. kolb didn't look ready though, he had guys open downfield and either missed or just checked down many times.

d hall & rogers spoke on gameplan & coverage:

Redskins Insider - DeAngelo Hall, Carlos Rogers limit Eagles' deep threats

With Driver, Jennings & Jones, I look for a similar plan this week.

Have we ever covered a back in the flat? nope. Dallas never covers them either, it must be a 3-4 thing!!

You do remember last year, OP? Remember DeSean Jackson raping Rogers? Hmm? HMMM? HMM?
Our corners cannot be trusted against elite receivers without over the top help. They are what they are. Neither of them are shutdown corners. Just pretty good.
