Knowing Manning, he'll probably squeeze a couple in there like a hot knife cutting through butter. It's just routine for him

But if it's Curtis Painter.....

I say we have so many weaknesses in the pass D that Manning gets confused on where to throw the ball. While he hesitates on where to pass next we pound him into the ground until he cannot get up. When he does finally make it to the side line had has that dumb look on his face like his brother. Our running game gets going and opens up our passing game and Moss and AA both have a TD.

Now, you're talking about 90,000 fans making FedEX sound and feel the way RFK did in the glory days if that were to happen. lol

Re: It's F-ing Colts Week

I predict that if we beat the Colts,M.Hoge,Chris Carter and the haters will find some way to twist it into..."manning has lost it"..."Their injuries are costing them the season"..."Manning is finally old and no good" or some remark to say how the Colts just don't have it anymore and any team could have taken them down. (Specially, since manning could drop 50 pt's on the 32nd ranked defense) lol

That's what I predict...
OK..Now give me my money guys..lol
I won

Nah, if we had been coming off of four straight losses, they would have looked to the Colts as for the reason that they couldn't beat a helpless Redskins team. After beating two of the best four teams in the NFC in consecutive weeks, we'll be given all the credit if we beat the Colts.

I want to go see this game in person, because 1) it's a f'ing Skins game and 2) I've wanted to see Peyton play in person for a while. Us beating them will make it all the sweeter.

Skins win 23-17. Indy D is a mess, no secondary. Their running game could be nonexistent if Addai can't go, his backup Brown is out too. 3rd RB Mike Hart would carry the load. Also, we'll take out at least one of their big guns during the game...my prediction is Dallas Clark.

Re: It's F-ing Colts Week

One KEY THING I hope on Sunday that I think will help a lot is for us to win the toss and take the ball down to score first. I just don't want to play catch-up right off the bat with Manning back there.

If we can score first, I think the defense can be a little more creative rather than playing to limit Manning.

I'm glad that we are not required to eff ravens. That would be difficult.

Re: It's F-ing Colts Week

If it anytime to catch the Colts to play, its now. Their defense is seriously hurting from injuries. Their WRs and RB are not at 100%. This is absolutely huge for us. I expect AH to return and play well. I think Hasslett continues to use the hybrid 3-4, and expect more pressure from him this week than the previous 2.

If there is anytime to get the rushing attack going, its this week. Ball control against the best QB of this era is crucial. I would like to see our running game open up the play action game, our opposing QB is maybe the best all time play action QB (so dont bite Landry). Just having McNabb drop back anything over 30-35+ times is not gonna consistantly win us games.

Yo Banks!!! This is your weekend, lets get your first touchdown.

Skins 26 Colts 20

Re: It's F-ing Colts Week

The name of the game for the Colts has been low scoring battles. I think we can hold them under 20 in this game, considering they won't be able to run against our fronts. Manning is going to understand protections better than Rodgers, so I expect a lot less blitzing and trying to win by covering up an injury-riddled receiving corps. The Redskins win 19-16.

Re: It's F-ing Colts Week

I think if we can game plan Manning into passing somewhere near 40 times, we have a shot at winning. That means either they've abadoned the run because it's not working or they're playing catch up. In either case, I like our chances if we keep them off balance, which is highly possible. I think our defense will show up to play too. Hopefully Big Al will be back with his head in the game and I'm going to predict a Carlos Rogers intereception for a touch.
