Andy Reid close to deal with Arizona according to ESPN radio Dallas. Also PFT has a link but I'm lazy.

I think Arizona is making a mistake rushing to Reid. But they feel if anyone can work his magic with Kolb, it's Reid.

It's pretty fast move IMO but I agree I think they r just desperate but Reid traded kolb so would he even want him in AZ? Also wonder if vick goes with him

For the sake of AZ fans, I hope Reid can find a way to improve their offensive line. I think they had injuries in Philly, but their poor o-line play was part of their downfall IMO.

Kolb just seems like he can't stay healthy. He is always going to be hurt. I wonder if Vick will follow him there.

I think it's obvious that Arizona is trying to salvage the situation where Reid baited them into trading for Kolb. Although it might work out well, Reid would love to have Larry Fitzgerald as his weapon.

Like this...

You mean to tell me they couldn't review that "upstairs"??? Of course they could have. NFL "official" excuse - The Ref looks at the clock and then the players so they get a extra little blip, give me a f$^#& break!!!
That was awful but the call against Hatcher was a little weak too. Most of the time it balances itself out with the shitty calls. But no matter what, every week the refs always make them.

It would almost be like he never left Philly. Leaving one team with a shitty QB/OL to another team with a shitty QB/OL.

Guess Cards are trying to get the jump on the competition.

Actually the team who's missing out is San Diego. Reid will be a great fit at virtually any of the 7 vacancies. In fact hadn't thought about it before but Carolina might be even better for Reid then San Diego.

Personally I just want Reid in the AFC.

A headslap like that to Romo, and it's 15 yds with prejudice, and the announcers crying about how awful the cheapshot was, rather than pitying the defender for making a stupid mistake.

The playclock non-call was ridiculous, and I think the booth officials reviewing that play afterwards (scoring play) should have negated the play and assessed the penalty. I understand if there's a problem with it being a deadball foul, but it was easily reversible and the goal is to get these calls right. So glad that the non-call didn't decide the game.

On another topic, why isn't there more use of technology? RFID in the ball. Lasers on goal lines, so much that could be implemented.
and computer refs

but seriously, why wouldn't the line judge have a wristwatch that's only function is to be synced with the play clock, at 0 it flashes red, that way he's not looking away from the ball.

There are solutions to some issues.

The call against Hatcher was correct. You might not like the rule but it was called right.

Let's hope the ref's this week don't have a soft spot for Seattle being that Seattle was the ones that got the ref's their new deal...

j/k but nervous nonetheless

Reid from Philly to Arizona? Whisenhunt from Arizona to Buffalo? It really is a carousel
