And that's why they'll continue playing it.

Re: Around the NFL 2013 Offseason (Episode 99)

It would be interesting if they would play the Pro Bowl like they used to, around 1940: Super Bowl champions against a team made up of the best players from the rest of the league. That would be more compelling than NFC versus AFC. It would be best, though, if they would completely quit the Pro Bowl. I don't blame the players for not playing their hardest in a meaningless game, a game that only gives them a chance to get injured.

I doubt Marcus has $100, none the less $1000. Marcus just needs to shut his mouth.

Kurt Warner’s Life May Become Movie, As FOX Acquires Rights to Former QB’s Story | NFL | NESN.com

I'm excited to see this movie. He always had, IMO, the greatest story of any player in the NFL.

So a watered down all star football game, where a lot of the players picked aren't playing, gets more viewers than the World Series? That's pretty embarrassing for baseball.

That's because baseball is a joke. Idk how they even have a league anymore.

Everyone has said things racially that they wish they didn't say. I think we live in a society where we forgive so I would hope that Cooper is forgiven. He seemed very remorseful. If I were his teammate, and he looked me in the eye and apologized it would be accepted.

I probably shouldn't do this, but for me this absolutely highlights the ridiculousness of the Skins name controversy. If Riley had said this same comment, substituting Redskins, everyone would've thought of the football team, not a racial slur, and there is no way he would have been apologizing. That's the fundamental difference in the two words.
