Coincidence? Seahawks hire McCloughan as Senior Personnel Executive

Seahawks denied the Dolphins an interview with good reason:

Manny Ramirez: We never heard snap count on game-opening safety | ProFootballTalk

It seems the bad snap to start the destruction of the Broncos was on John Fox. No surprise there.

Well, the line started running the play when the ball was snapped, but Peyton and the WRs didn't.

Peyton Manning's legacy unchanged by loss - NBC Sports | NBC Sports

Exactly how I feel about Manning. This game didn't change Manning as one of the top 5 QB's of all time.

Seattle won it and Carroll did an outstanding coaching job since he got there. If only he had signed with Washington instead of the immortal Mike.
This and then some.

I don't get how anyone can't like Pete Carroll. The guy is 62 years old, has the energy of a 30 year old, he sets the tone with competition, let's his players be themselves and obviously can coach. Is there anyone else who's won a national championship and a Super Bowl?

But most importantly i cannot stand him. Lol thats my take and im sticking to it.
Sour grapes.

Carroll is heavily involved in personnel. He hired the GM there and has total control.

Re: The Super Bowl Thread

It should be made clear.

First off. "cheating" in major college football is ubiquitous. It is done in every program.

Second, he wasn't accused of anything, nor was the school. Reggie Bush, by himself, was the cause of sanctions at USC. Carroll jumped ship when he knew they were coming.

I got to agree ,while I think we all realize it wasn't his best game lets give credit to the Seahawks defense for causing the turnovers and remember the Peyton didn't miss all those tackles .
