Re: Bucs Vs. Skins Gameday Thread
I wonder if we can finagle a trade for Redd? I doubt it, but there are some RB starved teams out there, and he put a heckuva a good film out there. If not, you gotta keep him and Seastrunk and put Thompson on the practice squad. (heckuva paycut there!)

Robinson has really stepped it up. He catches everything now and he runs the intermediate routes much better than he did before. Also, he is the only WR on the team other than DeSean Jackson who has the speed to threaten the defense deep. Keeping him is a no brainer. I love Santana Moss but it would be bad business to keep him over a player who is TEN years younger, costs less, and can do more.

Does Redd play ST? if so, I think that enhances his chances for sticking.

It would be a big mistake to put Seastrunk on the PS. He has rare explosion as a RB. Big upside there. He'd be picked up by another team and become the type of 3rd down back we wanted. Don't be foolish. Let it happen here. Jay Gruden needs to get over his crush on Chris Thompson. Thompson will never be able to touch what Seastrunk could become in the near future.

Re: Bucs Vs. Skins Gameday Thread
Seastrunk on the PS would be a bad idea -- a RB hungry team (Dallas anyone?) would pick him up quickly. Thompson on the PS is less of a risk to us, as his injury history may make teams wary of plucking him off of the PS roster. I don't have as clear a view on Redd. Royster is clearly going to be cut. But I can see: Alfmo, Helu, Seastrunk as our trio of backs. If Thompson and Redd stick to the PS, we can being one of them up if one of the other guys goes down.
On WRs, Moss is too good of a safety valve for RGIII to be let go, and Gruden loves the veteran leadership (he thinks, rightly, that he's getting it from TW and Moss on offense, and Clark and DHall on defense). For WRs, I would imagine Garcon, DJax, Roberts, Robinson, and Grant. (Very excited about the talent there too.) Hank on PUP. Williams and Doss to PS perhaps. I think the hard decision will be what to do when Hankerson is healthy -- will he displace Moss? I don't see him displacing any of the other guys at the moment.

I wish Thompson good luck but we have options that are just as good and they stay healthy.
