Coaches typically don't get fired for one bad year. In a what have you done for me lately league even coaches with past success get the boot. Rex Ryan has been a sub .500 coach since his 2 AFC Championship appearances.

I think the Jets is just an example of bad ownership. I think Rex should get a chance at another place.
