Someone either referenced the source or posted the article on here somewhere.

Had a day off today and Been streaming pretty much all day the ESPN 980 in DC. All they have discussed is Robert. It has been mentioned as "sources inside Ashburn" fwiw. Cannot really attest to the accuracy.

As I said, I cannot attest to accuracy. But by appearances, he went to a smart kids school, graduated in 3 years. I would REALLY rather believe that he does not study enough rather than cannot grasp basic offense?

I don't think the film room is the problem. I think transitioning what he sees on film to the game field is his problem right now.

The WCO is not basic. Either way though understanding the offense and bringing it to life in a game are two totally different things. Im sure he grasps the offense, but again that (unfortunately for us fans) doesnt mean he can run it.

Re: Expectations for the rest of the season...

I honestly never heard anyone legit come out and say he's not putting in the work. In fact I've only heard the opposite.

I know everyone wants to keep saying he's in year 3 and he should be getting it by now. Yeah he's in year 3, but he's only started 3 games this year.

Re: Expectations for the rest of the season...

Well, I think the appropriate phrase would be he needs to get his shit together. He is a supremely gifted athlete and a smart guy. In fairness he is by far our best hope at QB greatness and as far as I am concerned, he has this season to demonstrate that he is the leader of this team and.......the player we gave up sooo much for

I hear you and it may be cleverly hidden Shananigans.... Who knows
For me he just need to start a reasonable schedule of improvement
Seeing the field
Dumping the ball
Pocket awareness...etc
But it would not hurt my feelings if he would lay off the social everything for while.

He was at school 4 years. He only played football 3 years. One year he was a redshirt sophomore, because of his first ACL injury, but he did attend school. He still had a year of eligibility though.
