Jay Mohr attacks Raiders fans and Moss
Jay Mohr said that Raiders fans are the worst fans and deserve to lose, Moss is a punk, and some other garbage. I'm not even a Raiders fan and this makes me mad. Who does this guy think he is?

Must be an LA thing - Mohr obviously hasn't been to an E-girls game.

Re: Was Wrong With Jay Mohr?????
Sorry but Mohr is closer to "right" than "wrong" here.
Raider fans are outrageous. They dress in outlandish costumes all the time; they get very drunk and violent; they are abusive and even "murderous" at times if you recall what happened to that Charger fan in Oakland who caught the business end of a knife. But Raider fans are front-running posers. When the team wins, they get lots more of them out to the games. When the team is ahead, they are really loud. But let the Raiders fall behind by 10 and the fans sit down and shut up - - unless a TV camera is on them of course. And if the team is 0-4 - as they likely will be as of this week - even fewer of them show up. The Raiders lead the NFL in having their games blacked out at home. On average (over the past 10 years of so) they only sell out twice a year at home and they do not have a huge stadium to fill up. Those are not "great fans" in my mind...

Raider fan are a-holes from what I've seen and heard.
Skins fans could be closing in on a-hole status with the way some people pound guys like Dr. Z and Lenny P. with obnoxious emails and chat posts. |

Re: Was Wrong With Jay Mohr?????
you know just my 2 cents worth. But as a seasont icket holder I took my best friend to a Vikings game last year. He is from Minnesota, and never seen a football game from a stadium. So I enjoyed having him there and to tease him about the game by the end. But there were some skins fans there that got a little abusive with him and tried to pick a fight. I have always been proud of the way we acted at games, but that time was a odd ball. I know there are always a few jerks in every crowd. But it does show you the some of our fans deserve to be traded to philly or oakland.

I got no love for Raider Fans either. At the bar I go to they are loud and obnoxious even when they are getting their asses kicked.

I believe that the Dallas Texans were the AFL team that moved to KC to become the Chiefs. The Cowboys were born as the Cowboys in 1961 and have kept that name for their entire history... The other version of the Dallas Texans was back in the 1950s and I believe they moved to Baltimore to become the Baltimore Colts (now the Indy Colts) prior to the time when Johnny Unitas joined the franchise.

Re: Was Wrong With Jay Mohr?????
I wonder how many other teams' fans think of us as the worst fans in the league too? Next question, how much of this violence is alcohol related? I'm sure people wouldn't go for NFL concessions ceasing the sell of alcohol at games, but if people are that obnoxious, it's bound to play a role. If people are that obnoxious without alcohol, it's a sad world we live in!

Re: Was Wrong With Jay Mohr?????
You should definitely cheer your team on....I think you have some people (like myself) who tends to have a calm personality. Like some of the coaches who look stone faced after his team scores a TD. I think it's different though when you're at the game. The atmosphere should be loud, but not obnoxious.

The only thing I gathered from this was some stuck up guy who probably got his wine glass knocked over by someone who was actually cheering our team on. I live all the way in Texas and can't go to games but to all of you who do go to games, please be as loud as possible! |
