With RG3 we have to give him time. He'll get there eventually.

2 preseason games? After 2012 we were pretty high on robert. Things change fast in the NFL, I would not say James is a franchise QB just yet.

lol...no not yet. But he is already a better pocket passer than RG3 period.

Mariotta looks better; but both the Bucs and Titans don't have much around their young QBs. Bucs do have a nice set of wideouts, but their o-line makes ours look like the Cowpukes. Titans don't have any significant skills players around Mariotta.

After seeing Seattle's rise, I think teams have it wrong by bringing in a top rookie QB and put them around a mediocre team. I want McCloughan to build up all aspects of the team; and then bring a QB. If Seattle was able to get by for two years with a washed up Matt Hasselbeck, Tavaris Jackson, and Charlie Whitehurst; we can survive with what we have on the roster.

Look how Russell Wilson turned out when you put a young QB around a good team. My hope is that we can get something like this with our team.

Another thing, Tampa's Oline probably bottom third in league...you couldnt tell that last night. Thats for all the folks complaining about our Oline.

I agree. At this point we dont have a choice.

What's keeping me somewhat sane is seeing Seattle's QB play in 2010 and 2011. I hope we (ownership/fans) have the patience to deal with something like this while McClouhan builds the whole team.

This is why I really don't put much time into RG3 or Cousins. The Shanahan years were a big waste and we're in year one of a true rebuilding process. A year or two from now, I believe McC will have cleaned up the roster (and maybe the coaches..who knows) and hopefully we can be a poor man's Seattle.

I kind of wish we ran the offense of the Seattle Seahaeks
