I think he's talking about the one Hopkins pulled off to the right.

Every formation seemed to either have linemen at TE or everyone packed in together in bunch formation. Zero creativity.

Mason Foster just might have found a home, great game.

There's a lot of potential there but if letting Stan Lee be a one man wrecking ball against a line of 6 or 7 blockers, then you've got bigger problems that halving your playbook isn't going to solve.

Re: F$ck Dallas! Game thread
Injuries to the TE have caught up with us, to some degree. If we had reed, paulson, and paul I think things look pretty different up front. Plus the O-line injuries. Still, gotta make em pay for the blitz and we never did.
Sean Lee is good.

Re: F$ck Dallas! Game thread
Everyone needs to go back and look at the "pressure" that we supposedly couldn't handle. We handled it after the first two drives. The blitzies didn't consistently get home and Cousins got the ball out. But we couldn't run the ball to back it off and open up our game. Running the ball is simply broken for some reason. I think we're really hamstrung at lg and c.

Re: F$ck Dallas! Game thread
Agreed. Foster was all over the place. Any other team and this loss is less upsetting. Penalties, shit calls and just random karma left points off the board. This is an old Redskins loss. We're still getting better, but fuck, this one stings. So many things we could have done. Kind of feels like the Patriots/Eagles game.

Re: F$ck Dallas! Game thread
Yeah ya know what? Almost everyone had us winning 6 games and saying if we showed growth they would be happy? Where is the happy? This team is waaaaay better than last year. Its not even close as a matter of fact. We would kick last years teams ass. Lol. A division crown which is still in our control is just a bonus. |

Re: F$ck Dallas! Game thread
We couldn't beat a 3-8 team at home, qb'd by Matt Cassell, that committed 3 turnovers!!!!
Yep, doesn't get more pathetic than that. We just never can make consistent progress. Nothing ever changes. We clean the sheets and make the bed then shit our boxers the first night.

Re: F$ck Dallas! Game thread
We are just not good and if we made the playoffs it would be a hollow victory because we wouldn't do anything. Honestly losing to the Cowboys upsets me more than if we miss out on the playoffs

Re: F$ck Dallas! Game thread
I thought I heard several hard counts. Gotta give dallas' d credit, ours too actually. I thought our offense was finding a rhythm but they couldn't get in the endzone. That was bad play calling
