If your question is why the Rams were approved and not the Chargers or Raiders?
Stan Kroenke owner of the Rams is privately financing the Inglewood stadium to the tune of $1.8 billion.

I never knew the Chargers actually started in LA (1960) and then moved to SD.
I hope they stay in San Diego as well, because it's tough to find a nicer place to host a Super Bowl- beautiful city.

I always thought the other LA teams struggled with attendance/support because of the bad traffic conditions.

Does anyone know if the new stadium have easy access for the fans?

On Sunday afternoons it shouldn't be too bad, but that's by LA standards. Monday/Thursday-nighters will suck w/ LA rush hour traffic. But with LAX, the 405 freeway, and the Forum all within minutes of the new stadium, that area is set up to handle traffic.

Lakers, Kings, and Dodgers don't have attendance problems and I'd say that Staples/Dodger Stadium are in equally bad, if not worse, positions in regards to traffic.

ticket prices are going to be outrageous.
Scalpels are going to snatch up all the season tickets and then resell them on ticket exchange to the fans of visiting teams.

the raiders are going to have an extra home game once the Chargers move to LA.

I'm about 15 minutes from where the new stadium is going up - will definitely be pulling for them to succeed.

I do, however, think the NFL can do well in LA now. The NFL is a different product than it was 20+ years ago. Popularity is at an all time high, as is the glamour of the game if you will. The name "LA Rams" is iconic, appeals to new & old fans, people want in.
Time to cheer for the Rams. No shame in that. I just flew over that stadium site last Friday. I like the location. I like Inglewood. I am 31 so I remember the Rams and Raiders in LA. Shocked they both moved the same year but even more shocked its taken 21 years. Rams belong in LA. Chargers belong in another state at this point. Raiders need to stay in NorCal and tap into that market. If not Oakland, Sacramento.

They should bring back the old Uniforms too.
