Re: Playoff hunt!

Good assessment:

Washington Redskins could catch break in finale vs. New York Giants - Washington Redskins Blog- ESPN

Re: Playoff hunt!

Well this sucks!!

Four Redskins did not practice: Su'a Cravens, Quinton Dunbar, Donte Whitner and Chris Baker. Coach Jay Gruden said it's not looking good for Cravens to return this week.

gonna have to be the Offense once again that carries it.. 28 pts is prob a must unless NY just doesn't try

Defense just needs to be aggressive. Cravens is overrated at this point. He is a rookie and needs time to grow and get healthy. He isn't a
Champ or a Sean Taylor, that made a major immediate impact.

Really? Would you rather have Whitner in there instead? By the way he's out this week too.

Given that the opposing offense has Beckham and can only muster Rashad Jennings at RB, I'll take the coverage strengths of Blackmon and Everett over any combination that puts Whitner in the lineup.

Don't forget Vereen and Perkins, we've had issues with Vereen and screen passes.

Fuck Whitner. That dude is so done. He should be extremely happy to be still getting paid by anyone.

Just saying it isn't the kiss of death he is out. He isn't Champ Bailey, etc. Sua will be a solid player for us, just isn't such the impact player yet.

Paul Perkins is the head of the RB trio now. He isn't that bad. To win, our defense has to play their best game of the year.
