Not unless he can replace him with a big splash like Watson

Yeah, that is what I was thinking. That's probably his best bet if they'll have him. The jury is still out though as to whether anyone is going to want him after seeing how he regressed down the stretch last year. If Urban won't take him, I think he has to realize it's over.

Dallas needs their draft picks to rebuild that defense. I could be wrong, but I don't see them giving up a bunch of picks to move up, or to get Watson. |

Yeah, I'm sure he'll be back. I just don't know if Dallas will be willing to go all in on him before they see if he's the same guy on the field. They might, but it's a risk.

Re: WFT Quarterback Thread - Post SEASON 2021
Interesting stat
Over the last 20 years the Colts have had a 1st round pick (2 of those being the #1 overall pick) start at QB for 17 of those 20 years. They have 1 Super bowl to show for it. Wentz will be the 4th 1st round pick the Colts will start at QB since 2000. That's nuts

Love Alex Smith, but he was not the same Alex Smith, and after that injury it's a little self-centered for him to think this new coaching staff owed him the opportunity to see if he could play football again. |

Re: WFT Quarterback Thread - Post SEASON 2021
I doubt Watson would agree to go to Dallas. Although they have offensive weapons (Amari, Zeke), they have no offensive line and their defense sucks. Plus they have no cap space to absorb Watson's contract.
