I thought the same thing. But it’s a shot from “behind.” What looks like the chest/pec area is actually a cheek lol.

That is pretty amazing to think about. There's no winners in a gunfight, but he really got as lucky as you can get being shot. With that luck he needs to go play the lotto.

Seriously just glad to hear's gonna be ok. This could've been so much worse.

He needs a T-shit that reads, "Next time, you'd better bring Kryptonite."

Seriously, 36 hours after being shot twice, he heads into the team facility. That's all kinds of badass. I don't care how lucky he was, it's still impressive. Going to make it very easy to root for him.

I had a sunburn, scrap my knee skimboarding bad a couple week ago…I’m still hurting.

He is a man, not a victim. That’s how everyone should live

Re: Brian Robinson Shot multiple times

You get shot twice and likely only miss 4 games. Still the absolutely best outcome possible, given the circumstances. Get well dude, we all can't wait to see you back out there.

Surprised Wright isnt doing a buy his jersey and proceeds go to a good cause thing .. but might be in poor taste or at least panned by national media as another tone deaf move by us.

hes at the top of my list of jerseys .. even if RBs shelf life is 4 or 5 years.

Re: Brian Robinson Shot multiple times

On Monday, the Commanders returned to practice, and Robinson’s condition was a primary topic at his post-practice press conference.

“There is a process, a number of steps that he’ll have to go through and really just to show [head trainer] Al [Bellamy] and the doctors that he’s ready to play,” Rivera said.

Understandably, Rivera doesn’t have a timeline for Robinson’s return, but the team has a plan in place.

“Those first few days of recovery were tough on him because I think it was the second day he was really sore and it was one of those things that, you know, I told him, ‘Hey, just stay home, relax a little bit, and we’ll come get you pretty soon,” Rivera said.

“As he goes through this process the timeline in terms of his daily workout schedule and recovery schedule will change.”

While there is optimism that Robinson will return sometime soon after Week 4, there are currently a lot of unknowns. The Commanders certainly aren’t going to rush Robinson’s return to action.
