Re: Vikings Week
The biggest problem the fan-base has suffered from this year was from false delusions of grandeur. Many of you all bought into this notion that this was a 12-5 talent team, when in reality we were closer to the 4-13 team the year prior. Yall don't realize how much luck played into our hands last year, and being new helped in that aspect.
This year, we're still lacking a ton of talent, but we're also hit with a shit ton of injuries. One thing we did solve was the issue whether our DC (Whitt) was the right man for the job. He was not ready and it showed. The front office needs to hold onto draft picks and use them wisely. Surround JD with good talent and take some of the pressure off of him. That can be done by putting a good defense on the field.

Re: Vikings Week
31-0 isn’t normal folks. We were 1 game away last year…the team looks like a shell of itself.
Accepting it as no big deal from fans is surprising. I’ll echo skinsfanok, this is a big offseason for this front office and coaching staff, last offseason they failed the fanbase. What the facts are: 1. the defense has been bottom 5 the last two years under DQ Joe Whitt- it looks worse than Ron’s defense. People need to be fired. 2. Adam Peters 1 year vet signing strategy is a loser strategy. Get younger and faster. The guys he got in the draft not JD5 has been below average. 3. JD5 is injury prone due to taking too many unnecessary hits. He cannot continue to play in this system. Put him under center Hey JD left again today with injury after making a terrible throw.

Re: Vikings Week
Looking on the bright side, Jake Moody didn't miss a kick all game.

Re: Vikings Week
On JD's int, I honestly blame Kliff for that more than JD. Stupid ass WR screens, they've taken over football. It's lazy play calling, hoping your guy is going to out athlete the defense. They're obsessed w/ this shit in college, and perhaps it's fine there w/ the disparity in talent and the wide hashes. In the NFL you can throw that shit in the trash can.

Re: Vikings Week
Peters has built one of the least talented rosters in the NFL. His drafts stink too. He needs to get his shit together. We haven't made any progress outside of JD falling into our laps. We look anywhere like this season, the whole FO and coaching staff needs to be fired.

The number of injuries we’ve had isn’t normal, big majority of the issues start there

The offense was pretty healthy yesterday. They didn't score a single point.

Re: Vikings Week
A team should NEVER lose to a 4-8 football team 31-0. That was an absolute embarrassment. The game wasn't even watchable. Not too many games I turn off before the 4th quarter.

Re: Vikings Week
I gotta say that Kliff sucks. How do you call three straight passes down there at the 1 yard line? Especially how CRod was running. WTF is wrong w/ that guy? Run the ball there dude and quit calling plays like a little bitch. That's on DQ too because he should have told him to at least get 2 runs there.
Then that wr screen on 4th down. I just can't take him anymore. Speaking of CRod, I love that guy. He is no nonsense. Best pure runner we've had here in a while. Should have given him the ball 25 times instead of 10. Just pure bullshit. |

Re: Vikings Week
The injuries this year have been wild. The adjusted games lost is really bad. Right up there with Cardinals and 49ers. The big difference between the Cards/Commanders and Niners is the established philosophy between Kyle and Lynch (9 years in the making). They have a program built upon back ups being able to fill the role and not adjust the system. That didn't happen over night. Even then the Niners have missed the playoffs 50% of the seasons and the seasons they don't, a max of 6 wins. It's a shitty season no doubt but not time to blow shit up
