First, I don't attack you, I attack your opinions when they don't make sense to me (and that's quite often). There is a difference, but you don't seem to see that. You're the one that makes it out to be an actual attack on you.

A discussion board is meant for the expressing of opinions and debating. That includes open criticism of the opinions of others. If you can't get with that you shouldn't be here, man.

It's a general rule, if you come to a message board that is viewable by the entire internet population to post an opinion that will be read by all who come across this site, then your opinion is by definition open to interpretation, support, or criticism by any who wish to respond. The second you put your opinion on the board, you're making it public. And it's the public's right to respond. How you choose to interpret that response is up to you, but apparently you're content to whine about it.

point taken. I guess I will have to make more sense to you. or should I just agree with what you say to avoid this arguement everytime I post something?

Re: LaVar to the Bengals- Maybe

If we all agreed all the time things would be pretty boring.

The point of a message board is to debate and discuss, and along with that comes disagreements.

Nothing is personal unless you make it that way.

I'm not questioning your loyalty to the Redskins or the value you can bring to our discussions. But you can't take things so personally.
Sounds like I was in a bad mood, huh. I think maybe you just caught me in the middle of arguing with some one else and everything got blown up. I dont remember ever going after you, this schneed person seems to be on my ass ALL the time. Matty use to be, its kinda slowed down with him. (probably shouldn't have said that) I think words written(or typed) can be mistaken as hostile. Maybe I tend to take things a little more harsh than the next guy, I'll admit that. But I do get a bit bent out of shape when I post an opinion and someone who doesn't agree basically calls me a dumb ass. there are ways to disagree with someone and some people(not excluding myself) have to learn those ways. I enjoy the posts from people its interesting to see different points of views from people.

The problem isn't that Mommy and Daddy split up, the problem is that it was a really nasty break up with lots of screaming and yelling and everything else short of being featured on an episode of COPS. Now we're all afraid they don't love us any more.

Players move on. We'll get over it. It is just unfortunate that it had to go down this way -- because of things that happened on both sides. It simply didn't need to happen like this.
Well said, this is an area where the danny needs to mature & I think he will. Where I will disagree is that Lavar & his agents brought some of this on & that's where we don't know all the details (this link is funny -http://www.pennlive.com/weblogs/pas...es/2004_03.html - perhaps Lavar really thought danny was trying to curse him!).
But it would do the team well on & off the field to take a less hardball stance on some things. I think Gibbs plays the good cop extra now that he works for the Danny.

You're still taking it a bit too personal, #56fanatic. When you write something I don't agree with, I will post my disagreement. I like to debate things, sometimes very fervently. But that doesn't mean I have a problem with your opinions. If you post something and I don't agree, I'm going to say so. But if you want to avoid having this argument in the future, you should just debate the subject at hand without taking my disagreement personally.

Just because I disagree, that doesn't mean I think you're dumb. It just means I think you're wrong. And nobody anointed me god of all things right and wrong. It's just me going point counterpoint, so take that at face value, and not so personally.

OK see I just don't understand that one bit. Fan relations?? Who the frick cares!? The whole reason to be a fan of individual players in the first place is because they play for your TEAM! You would rather hate on management for not trying to make it work, rather than appreciate them for doing what is in the best interests of the team going forward?

You don't try to make things work just for keeping up fan relations. That would be seriously misplacing your priorities. We cut Arrington because his cap room helps the team more than keeping him would. That's management's way of doing what it takes to win more games. That should be the fans' #1 priority, wins. Not relations with a certain player, or the marketability of that player.

I get the feeling that Lavar's release has angered a lot of people solely because they purchased his jersey, and now they feel like their purchase is worthless. And if that's the case, I'd say to those people that they need to get their priorities straight.

All I have to say is ... a LOT of people here need to get laid. Quit getting into pissing matches, smoke a bong, and chill out. Jeeez.

PS - It's funny that the people who are most likely to start trash on the internet are the least likely to start trash in person.
