dockery of course. He's the only starter on the list, and plus, he's very durable.

Re: Most important FA the Redskins retained?

Have to go with Dockery as well as the core of the offensive line have been together at least 3 years with the exception of Rabach, but also his second year no one new coming in is big and the resigning only solidifies the development of this solid group with the return of Thomas should be just dominating next year. That is why it blows my mind when writers like TJ says chemistry is going to hurt us,HUH!!!! The bulk of this team has been together for two or three years. Offense had nearly no turnover, Defense very little turnover but in both some key personnel to fill in, all upgrades. The bulk of the free agents resigned were very good for leadership, team ethics, special teams, it is hard to pin point one that would have been devastating to lose besides dock, but in all they create a very big plus for the overall team and smart moves.

No, but you will hear some joking about him on this sight. Its just a running joke about how great he is and how much he does for the team. I think we all like him for what he does provide but we know hes not a probowler.

Speaking of Clemons, I was again rewatching some old Skins games and that guy is FAST. If there was a pass on 3rd downs and it was caught on the opposite side of the field, the man was THERE.

Had to go with Dockery.

His re-signing was made imperative by the release of Cory Raymer. I just hope it doesn't end up being to disruptive as we continue to rotate our core players.

Gave some love to the Ade, knowing damn well he wouldn't get but a handful of votes.

LOL

Nice to meet you, firstdown. I'm Schneed10. You might remember me from such threads as ?3, Super Happy Fun, any salary cap thread, and any thread in which a pointless debate was started by Huddle.

I've seen the Ade jokes many a time, and cracked a few myself. I didn't pick up on your sarcasm, I think I was when I read your post the first time.

Re: Most important FA the Redskins retained?

I went with Dockery, but was tempted to go with Evans. Dockery may not be around next year, and Evans is here at least for the next 3 seasons.

Re: Most important FA the Redskins retained?

I understand the argument for Derrick Dockery, but I voted for Chris Clemons. For me, I guess it's his aura of being a true 'diamond in the rough' that makes his vote more appealing.

To be honest, I don't really understand all the hullabaloo surrounding Demetric Evans. Maybe I wasn't paying enough attention to him. I'll be sure to keep more of a watchful eye on #92 this preseason.
