Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions
All the so-called experts are not as excited about Jason Campbell as we are.

What's the accuracy of these experts to date?

I think the motivation factor will be kicked up a notch since the switch has been made. I really don't understand those who are mourning the loss of Brunell. He knew this was coming and I guarantee this scenario was already discussed with him earlier in the season. I appreciate what he did for this team, God bless him, but it's time to move forward. |

Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions
I don't think we are mourning the the loss of Brunell, rather we are mouning the loss of what Brunell being benched means - the season is over.

Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions
Yes the season is over and it's sad, but it's over because of a number of factors with this team right now. Keeping Brunell in wouldn't give us a better shot and it would keep JC from gaining some much needed experience right now.

Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions
BIG PREDICTION HERE: you read it first. JC wins the game in a 2 minute drill. Pierson Prileau and CP both try their best to get off IR. Redskins make it to the playoffs

Long shot. But I still have a glimmer of hope for the playoffs. Nothing can be done about IR though

Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions
I dunno about campbell learning this offense, maybe saunders could tweak it a bit to fit campbell's abilities, just like he tweaked it for brunell. I know i'm gonna be angry when campbell hands the ball off 3 times in a row to start the game.

But because they did, and benched MB in the same week it tells me winning now is no longer the most important thing.

Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions
Bucs have the 24th ranked run defense in the league. We should run a lot on them

The QB move needed to happen and was inevitable with the way the offense was struggling, and Portis is expected to be out 6-8 weeks. |

Re: Redskins @ Bucs: Campbell Predictions
It sucks about C.P. But at the same time lets see what T.J can do.
