Well his treatment is working, but all the same it's better to play safe and just get a medical license. That and he needs to move to a state where it's legal to practice naturopathy.

The NFL needs a much tougher policy. That guy is giving those guys HGH. There's no question in my mind.

He probably is.

The sad part is:

"He says he and personal trainer Melvyn Williams have had five Washington Redskins starters, including Portis, "under contract" for the past two seasons. Sloan says he flies up to the nation's capital every other Friday to care for his athletes."

The NFL's stance on steroids is as clear as day:
They want to do enough to keep the media and congress at bay.

They DON'T want steroids out of football. If they did, there would be no tolerance for it. Shawn Merriman in the Pro Bowl after using steroids! WTF? Plus, he got to continue contributing to his team during the season (and playoffs), after a WEAK 4 game suspension. As if the effects of steroids go away as soon as you get caught, or stop using (assuming he stopped). Ha!

They should give you ONE chance. Get caught for a second time, and you're out of the game forever. That would be the stance of anybody who seriously wants steroids out of the game.

Oh, you don't know what you're putting in your body? Better start knowing if you want to keep your job. What a lame excuse.

What really grinds my gears () is that they think the world is stupid enough to believe them when they say they want to clean it up! Douche. Bags.

My sources tell me that Sloan has stayed at a Holiday Inn numerous times.

Outstanding post, and my sentiments exactly. Not to mention I love the Peter Griffin plug.

His claims and reasoning were still way off base. He said something like 80% of the NFL juices, and his proof of that claim was the fact that he couldn't perform at the level of an NFL athlete, so they must be juicing...

Even if this guy turns out to be a juice dealer, nothing will come of it, unless there's hard evidence(documents, recorded conversations, etc.) to prove that he juiced T.O. or Portis.

Yes, in fact I think Scooter Libby leaked this to the press.

Re: 'Doctor' treating T.O., others is under investigation

I heard an interview the other day on ESPN with one of the ex-players gone broadcaster. When asked about the usage of HGH in the NFL. He responded that it is minor..............maybe 10 %. Keeping in mind the NFL tests for other things, and as I understand it, don't test for HGH (as they don't have est) I would think that is absurd. Probably won't get a straight answer from the NFL.
