I don't see Brunell staying here past this season.

I also believe this will be Brunells last year. And I hope they keep Palmer over Collins. Palmer is young and could develop into a decent back up. he has good mechanics, just needs some coaching as all young QB's do. Do I beleive he will be his brother, No. but he could be a decent back up.

I think he's going to start in Tampa.

I thought he was very good pick considering where we drafted him, I believe he has a lot of potential, but that is defiently a couple years down the road, I would like to see some one else behind Campbell who we are developing, move Brunell to 3rd string, but at this point we haven't prepaired for that which is why Brunell will probably still be on the roster next season as well.

Re: Report: Redskins Release Casey Bramlet

If Gibbs is back next year I think he will want to keep Brunell around. but for some reason Brunell thinks he is still a starter, he does not want to be a back up. I could see him retiring if he does not get the oppurtunity to go to another team and start.

Where do y'all think Bramlet is headed? I'll go out on a limb and say Atlanta, lol.

I kind of wish they had cut Brunell, so I don't have to keep reading this BS ignorance about Gibbs and Brunell.

I dont know what is so ignorant about it? Gibbs likes Brunell, yes some people take it to far with a love affair thing but Gibbs does like Brunell.

I am with the rest of you guys that see a Campbell, Brunell, and Palmer QB rotation. Let Collins go, and if Bramlett doesn't catch on somewhere else bring him back for the practice squad.

Re: Report: Redskins Release Casey Bramlet

Had a feeling his time was near. Even though Collins is a waste. That would have freed a little more coin toward getting COOLEY deal done!

Which IMO should be the next priority.

Bullshit or not that's life in the NFL and certainly nothing exclusive to the Redskins.

Bramlet was a longshot anyway. Playing in NFLE put him behind here and with 5 QBs on the roster someone was bound to get pinched.
I'll tell you one place where you probably don't have this crap going on. New England.

I don't know if Bramlett can play or not. But from what I have see so far in pre season, he has out played Palmer.
