You need more than just another LB for the 3-4. What we're lacking for a 3-4 right now is a true nose tackle and two sturdy DEs.
Either way, if Cowher came here and wanted to run the 3-4, he would just need to get his own personnel in here. |

I personally think that Tampa Bay is going to be decent this year. Better than Carolina atleast. IMO if Cowher was going to any team in the near future it would probably be Carolina just noting on how ever since their Super Bowl appearance they have been on a decline.
