Re: If Not Joe, Then Who?
If Joe has his say about a successor, I bet it Williams. I was at the game Sunday, we lucked into Section 142, Row 1 tix...right on the 45 yd line behind the bench. At one point it was third and medium. They were in the area of the field where going for it on fourth vs punting has been in vogue in the league lately. While the offense was huddling, Gibbs yelled for Williams to come over. Williams had been jawing with a few defensive players near the bench. Williams almost ran to Gibbs. It was clear that Gibbs was trying to decide what to do if they faced 4th down. As it turned out, the play got a first, and Williams went back to his players. Interesting interaction.
One funny moment... Suisham and Frost took a seat on the bench, apparently where Brunnell had been sitting. Brunnell had been in what I think is a little bathroom right behind the bench, built into the wall. Looks like a little shed. Brunnell comes out, walks to the bench stands in front of them, smiles, waves his arm and says, "Ok guys. Move." They dutifully got up, and Brunnell sat down. |

For the record, I'm not advocating Cameron here. Just saying he's rumored to be fired and he has ties to the team. Was just gauging interest.

Re: If Not Joe, Then Who?
I doubt he has no say. Especially if he's going to move up to a full-time President role.
