Really though, I don't think it is overrated how poorly Dallas has been playing as of late. Romo was visibly upset and frustrated on the sidelines for good reason. And to rush for ONE YARD FOR THE ENTIRE GAME, c'mon! I'm sorry, even if it "doesn't mean anything" at some point pride has to enter into the equation. I will honor the fact that TO wasn't playing, but other than that Dallas had their starting squad on the field into the 3rd quarter and didn't start pulling them until they were down 20-3 and realized they weren't going to be able to win, let alone try to achieve the records they were trying to break. I mean if we want to talk about resting people and playing without starters, let's talk about the starters that the Skins are playing without...starting quarterback, two starting offensive linemen, starting linebacker, starting safety...blah, blah, blah! See you in two weeks. |

Re: jerry jones
I have no doubt in my mind that if the Redskins were to meet the Cowgirls again in the playoffs.. we will go toe to toe and we'll be a big threat to your super bowl aspirations. I am sure most Dallas fans want to steer away from us too. We are playing extremely high level football and it's almost scary as to how far we may go as long as our core keeps playing this way.
But all in all, Seattle is first and we need to take care of business there before we can even think about the Cowgirls. And honestly, the Packers are the team to beat right now in the NFC. They are playing awesome ball. |

They beat the Raiders, Rams, and Lions down the stretch. Teams boasting the 21st, 22nd, and 32nd ranked defenses. And they got shalacked by Chicago in a game that could have given them home field advantage throughout. I don't know if awesome is the right word. The team to beat right now for the Redskins is Seattle. Then the team to beat will be Dallas. Who knows who will be the team to beat after that, this NFC is wide open for the taking. Everyone is 0-0 and Washington is playing as good or better than anyone. |
