I think some of our high priced vets like Samules and Arrington need to be careful. We have several cheap players that are playing just as well but at a fraction of the price. Trade bait? |

There's not much reason to let Gardner go when he's on the last year of his deal.
Unless we can get some value for him in a trade (which I highly doubt) I expect him to be back next year playing for a big contract, and hopefully his big payday won't come from us. |

but yeah a full offseason AFTER a full regular season, seeing Portis's strengths, and more importantly with Ramsey at the undisputed helm SHOULD do us a lot of good. but Coles needs to get healthy, because right now we have TWO possession recievers and no deep ones. kills off a vital dimension to our offense, not to mention a dimension Gibbs loves. |

In these last three games I want to see them try Jacobs at speed receiver. From what I hear this guy flys, but we haven't seen enough of him this season to really make an accurate assumption. I still think he was a steal in the 2nd round (thank god he had the flu during the combine!)
Not sure if he's gotten the shot he deserves yet. |

Wyn ~ Samuels ~ Cartwright ~ Kozlowski ~ Possibly Gardner
Wyn and Samuels present future Cap issues and you might as well offload now and take the hit. The real question is how much money are the willing to spend on Pierce and if so will they let Barrow go? |

Samuel's, Morton, Gardner, rock, Sellar's, Raymer, Friedman, trade for whatever we can get and let the rest go, I think Dockery may be better suited for a backup role.
Hall, Barrow, Jacob's, I believe will all be here next year, I am sure William's has some say on the defensive side of the ball and he really likes Barrow, and judging what Gibb's think's of rookie's does anyone really think he's going to cut Hall for a rookie kicker? |

Hall will be back as long as his leg problems are resolved.
I'm not sure about letting Wynn go either, he's had his best season as a Redskin, he seems to be a good fit in this defense, then again you can say that of almost anyone this year it seems. |

Trade Who?
I'm not trying to be a smart ass here. But who would want any of our players that people on this board suggest we trade? I mean, what team is going to say, "hey, this guy isn't wanted by a sub .500 team. Let's sign him here." We stink folks. We don't want some of these players because it is believed they are helping us stink. I can't imaging any team out there picking up rejects. Well, except for the Washington Redskins! Dohhh!!!

Taylor Jacobs must not be showing much in practice because Gibbs has a history of giving anyone with talent a chance. Gibbs especially has given so many low draft pick or undrafted WR's like Gary Clark, Alvin Garret, Charlie Brown and Virgil Seay a chance and they did well. |

Either Raymer or Friedman. We need an upgrade at center. No question.
Cartwright unless he can do the opposite of this season and pack on 30 pounds and become the power back we lack right now. Kozlowski or Sellars - we need a more solid tight end. We may not find one but I bet one of these guys go just to make that point clear to the remaining TE's. I think Barrow stays if he is healthy at the start of camp. Gibbs and Williams won't forget this years injuries and will want some depth. If the injury lingers, even a little, he is gone. Gardner - is a question mark. These last few games may decide it. I think he will be around next year. Morton - gone. Possibly one of the only guys with a little trade value. NY may want him back. |

*samuels
raymer gardner kozlowski *daniels barrow ADE! lott just a guess, samuels and daniels might cost us later down the road, but i dont think gibbs is a big fan of samuels nor anyone else, and daniels seemed way to injury proan to keep on the roster. but i hope we dont cut barrow, he is a tackling machine and maybe this was a fluke year for him. |

I hope he comes back to form, he is a great player, but his knee problem is similar to what ended Dave Fiore career. PLus we will take a Salary cap hit if he retires or gets cut before next season. |
